Dressage Tunes Freestyle Music Giveaway Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or older at the time of entry.
Participants may reside in any country, making the giveaway open globally, subject to local laws and regulations.
Employees, affiliates, or immediate family members of Dressage Tunes are not eligible to participate.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Entry Period
The giveaway begins on June 11, 2025, at 12:00 AM CEST and ends on June 29, 2025, at 11:59 PM CEST (the "Entry Period").
Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be considered.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must fill out the entry form provided in the giveaway announcement, follow @DressageTunes on Facebook or Instagram, and like the giveaway post on either platform - Facebook post or Instagram post.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
Entries must comply with the community guidelines of Facebook or Instagram and these Terms and Conditions.
Prizes
First Place: One winner will receive a 50% discount on a custom dressage freestyle music track designed by Dressage Tunes, valued at €250–€500 depending on the competition level.
Second Place: One winner will receive a 30% discount on a custom dressage freestyle music track designed by Dressage Tunes, valued at €250–€500 depending on the competition level.
Early Entry Prize: The first 10 eligible entries received during the Entry Period will each receive a 25% discount on a custom dressage freestyle music track designed by Dressage Tunes, valued at €250–€500 depending on the competition level.
Discounts are applied to the original price of the custom freestyle music track and cannot be combined with other offers, including the existing 20% off discount available on the Dressage Tunes website.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
All prizes must be redeemed (i.e., the discounted freestyle music track must be ordered) by December 31, 2025.
Copyright and Performance Rights
The custom dressage freestyle music track (subject to the discounts) will be created by Dressage Tunes.
The prize does not include acquiring the rights to perform the music track at international dressage shows. Winners are responsible for obtaining any necessary performance rights or licenses for use in such events.
Dressage Tunes can provide assistance to winners in acquiring the necessary performance rights, upon request, for an additional fee or as part of a separate agreement.
Use of Media
Media submitted by participants for building the freestyle music (e.g., by winners redeeming their prize discount) may be used by Dressage Tunes. By submitting media, participants grant Dressage Tunes a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the submitted media on the Dressage Tunes website, social media channels, or other promotional materials for marketing and promotional purposes.
Participants represent and warrant that they own or have the necessary rights to the submitted media and that its use by Dressage Tunes will not infringe on any third-party rights.
Dressage Tunes may edit or modify the submitted media for promotional purposes, provided such edits do not misrepresent the original content.
Winner Selection and Notification
Two winners (First and Second Place) will be selected randomly from all eligible entries by July 1, 2025.
The first 10 eligible entries will automatically qualify for the 25% discount, based on the timestamp of their entry.
Winners will be notified via direct message on Facebook or Instagram within three days of the giveaway closing.
Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize, providing their full name and contact details. If a winner does not respond within this period, an alternate winner may be selected for First or Second Place.
Winners’ names may be announced on Dressage Tunes’ social media channels, unless prohibited by law.
Publicity
By entering, participants grant Dressage Tunes permission to use their name, likeness, and entry content (including any submitted media) for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
General Conditions
Dressage Tunes reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the giveaway.
Dressage Tunes is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical issues affecting participation.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Dressage Tunes, which are final and binding.
Liability
Dressage Tunes is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.
Participants release Dressage Tunes, its affiliates, and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) from any liability arising from the giveaway.
Data Privacy
Personal information, including email addresses, collected during the giveaway will be used to administer the giveaway and may also be used by Dressage Tunes to send promotional emails, such as offers and updates, to build its emailing list.
Participants may opt out of promotional emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the emails or by contacting Dressage Tunes at info@dressagetunes.com.
Personal information will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
Participants may request access to or deletion of their personal data by contacting Dressage Tunes at info@dressagetunes.com.
Data processing complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable German data protection laws.
Governing Law
The giveaway is governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from the giveaway will be resolved in the courts of Nuremberg, Germany.
